Definitely #1 - picked it before I even read your question. #2 feels to dainty for the cabinet & #3 feels to heavy although it would be my second choice - I do like that the mirror is larger. Good luck!
#1 for sure. I've seen #3 used quite often and I'm kind of tired of it, plus it is a very heavy piece.
That's funny, I feel like #1 is over-used and I'd go with #3! Plus functionally it's nice that the mirror part is bigger.
