Okay I have to admit....
I had no idea how many hits I was getting on my blog until I added the site meter. WOW you guys are ACTUALLY reading my blog!!
I am so curious as to who you guys are and how you have found me. I am looking to create a more interactive site and perhaps give a little design advice to my loyal readers. I would also love to hear from you and ask what would you like to see from my blog.
Please feel free to email me directly at turquoise.la@gmail.com or add a comment to the blog.
I look forward to hearing from you all!
Vanessa

Vanessa, Yes site meters are great. I always check mine. I'd like to see you add a section where new designers like myself, can ask questions. Its very helpful to have people that are 'in the know' to lead us down the right path. We do have questions ....haha.

Vanessa, I love your site, and I found it through Style Court. I really like your posts about new pieces at Turquoise- that's always fun. And some design advice thrown in would be great too! I just wish those of us who live on the East Coast could get the magazines that you've been featured in!
Vanessa, I would love to see you dish out design advice to readers--either coming up with your own ideas and/or helping them solve dilemmas of their own. As I mentioned in my post, I love seeing what inspires you; your inspiration board post was one of my favorites. The "new at Turquoise" posts are always enjoyable too!
Hi Vanessa,
Love your site! I can't remember if I found you through Style Court or AT:LA. I would love if you would give more advice about where to look for good pieces in the LA area. Kelly Wearstler has a whole list in the back of her book, but I can't afford $6,000 curtains :) It would be very helpful to know where to find something comparable to those bright Canary Yellow or Velvety Grey curtains and what kind of rods to use for hanging super heavy curtains, at what height, etc. For me, I can't afford the services of an interior designer, and am okay at color and furniture choices, but have difficulty deciding the best layout and most times I'm not sure how to properly install/paint/hang items and get a professional look. So I second the idea of having a Q&A section for you and your readers. The before & after furniture photos are great. I've always wondered - do you refinish the pieces yourself? I also really love your projects section and frequently look at the rooms for inspiration, so keep posting those! Thanks for sharing your insights and creating this blog.
Hi Vanessa,
I love your site and I really love your work. I have been visiting for a little while now and I will continue to visit often!! I found you via Stylecourt and thank you for adding me to your links list. I added you to mine as well!!
Hope to stay in touch!

Yes, I read your blog, I like it. I found it via the desire to inspire blog. I'm an artist who has inherited a mid-century ranch that I will be renovating soon. I have spent months looking at modern design sites to get ideas and see how much I could do myself. I am wanting to redo a sofa that is original to the house that has both ends (arms) that drop down incrementally - it is awesome. At the moment it has a white canvas slipcover on it that is simply awful. your blog is inspiring.
